These terms apply when you use ownwithin.com, complete an OwnWithin assessment, or purchase an OwnWithin digital product. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

What OwnWithin provides

OwnWithin provides self-reflection assessments, automatically generated personal-development results, and digital books. The free Quick Profile contains 15 questions. The optional Deep Dive is a one-time $9.99 USD purchase and adds 20 questions and a fuller report. Ebook and bundle prices appear before checkout. Purchases are one-time charges and do not renew automatically.

Personal reflection, not professional advice

OwnWithin is for education and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or predict any condition. Do not use a result to make an urgent safety, health, employment, legal, or relationship decision. Seek a qualified professional when you need advice specific to your situation.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, use it only with permission from a parent or guardian. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s private link, scrape or resell content, bypass payment, or use the service unlawfully.

Purchases and delivery

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable government-imposed taxes may be added at checkout. Stripe processes payment. Paid assessment access is provided after confirmed payment. Ebooks are PDF digital editions; no physical item is shipped. A download page appears after payment and a private access link is sent to the checkout email.

Your licence to use digital content

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report or ebook for your own non-commercial purposes. You may save or print a personal copy. You may not reproduce, upload, share, sell, distribute, publish, or create a competing product from it.

Your answers and access

You are responsible for the answers you choose and for keeping private access links confidential. Results describe patterns based on information supplied at that time and may change when your answers or circumstances change.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid product, contact us so we can restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

Intellectual property

OwnWithin’s assessments, scoring structures, reports, text, books, graphics, branding, and site content are owned by or licensed to OwnWithin and protected by applicable laws. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnWithin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the product connected to the claim. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
