The Quick Profile turns your answers into a first snapshot of tendencies you may recognize. It is meant to give you something specific to reflect on, not a final description of who you are.
What you’ll answer
The 15 prompts move through four parts: what you want to understand, how you’re wired, how you respond, and the space between knowing and doing. They ask about preferences and responses in everyday situations. There are no right answers; choose what feels closest to your experience right now.
The first question helps personalize the reflection. It does not add points to a personality signal.
How your result is made
The Quick Profile uses defined scoring rules with the answers you select. Some answers contribute to a signal, while others help identify a pattern or shape the language in your result. The scoring rules—not a generative AI system—determine the result.
Your Snapshot brings together five personality signals: Reflective, Exploratory, Intentional, Relational, and Perceptive. It also includes one growth capacity and, when your answers support one, a pattern worth exploring. Sometimes the clearest result is that there is no specific gap to highlight right now.
How to read your Snapshot
Treat each line as a prompt to compare with your own experience. Keep what helps you think more clearly; set aside what does not fit. A result reflects the answers you chose today, and your answers may change with your circumstances.
